Extended Christmas Returns: All items purchased in November and December, are eligible for return right up until 31st January to allow for Christmas gifting.
Returns happen, we get that - so we keep our returns policy as short and simple as possible and offer free return shipping on all UK orders. The short of it is that if you return a product to us within 28 days of purchase, and it is unused and in the same condition, we will issue you a full refund (or exchange where preferred), no questions asked. If you do think you will need to return the wallet, please take care not to scratch and scuff the leather - we cannot accept returns on items that have been visibly scratched or damaged.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, though we can offer returns for store credit up to 60 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no marks or scratches. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where we may not be able to offer a refund or only partial refunds are granted: such as (if applicable) any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund at all (except during extended returns periods over Christmas).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting our contact page.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price you paid, rather than at any current or previously higher price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your product is damaged or not up to scratch, or you simply ordered the wrong colour, we are happy to exchange for you. Simply include with the return details on the desired product you would like to exchange for.
We offer free returns shipping an all UK orders. Simply submit your return request to receive a pre-paid returns label that you can attach to your return.
For exchanges outside the UK, we cannot offer free return shipping and you will be required to arrange your own return shipping. In the event the return is due to a faulty product, we will arrange to return the cost of your return up to £5.
