Due to the increasing difficulties with getting out to return items, we are extending our returns policy from 28 days to 60 days until further notice. Please note that items returned must still be in new condition, as sold and received, to be eligible for a return.
We offer Free Return Shipping via Royal Mail on all UK orders. We take pride in only selling the best slim wallets, so the chances are that you aren't going to want to return yours. However, we get that for a variety of reasons, occasionally people do need to, so we have made our returns process as simple and painless as possible to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.
We aim to issue refunds on returns within 3-7 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department.
The short and simple policy is that as long as your item is still new and in the condition it was received, with all packaging, you can return it to us within 28 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit - no questions asked. Simple!
If you do think you will need to return the wallet, please take care not to scratch and scuff the leather - we cannot accept returns on items that have been visibly scratched or damaged. Please check out our complete returns policy for the full run-down.
All returns are free via Royal Mail’s online Tracked Returns service. You will need to go online, print and attach the label to your parcel in order to send it back to our returns department. If you do not have a printer you can still use Royal Mail’s Tracked Returns service by receiving a QR code to your smartphone and presenting the QR code at the post office. Follow this link to create your label/QR code.
Step 1: Create a returns slip at the Royal Mail Website.
Step 2: Follow the instructions & make your returns label.
Step 3: Attach your returns label to the front of your package (or take your QR code to the post office to have them print a label) and include inside the parcel whether you would like a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
Step 4: Take the package to any Post Office & return for FREE.

Yes, we think paper receipts are old fashioned and a waste of trees, so we don't send them as standard. Don't worry though, simply include your order number when creating the label and we'll have everything we need. Alternatively simply print your Order Confirmation email and include this with your return package.
Great, please just let us know what product you would like to exchange for. If there is a price difference, we will reach out to you to sort any balance to be paid or refunded.

If you choose store credit, we will issue a gift voucher to use on our site for the value of your returned items. This is usually best if you intend to purchase something else on the site, as it is instant rather than waiting for a refund to clear which can take up to 10 days.
Your local Post Office will be happy to print your returns label for you - simply complete the returns form on the Royal Mail website and show the QR code at the Post Office.
