Like many of you, we are deeply concerned and affected by all that is going on with the current Coronavirus pandemic. We have prepared and enacted stringent contingency plans so we could continue to serve our customers as best as possible. While this has had a huge impact on our business already, we thank all our customers for their support and custom. Together, we will get through this.
Below, we have some concise answers to the most pertinent questions.
Yes, as normal as can be in these extraordinary circumstances. We are a family run business. Whilst this means the impact on our livelihoods is scary, the upside is that this means that we can operate without any increased risk of transmission of the virus.
Yes, we're dispatching orders daily as we have always done. We send out orders every weekday with Royal Mail. A big thank you to Royal Mail and all their workers who are keeping the country connected and operating as normally as possible. Please be patient with delivery - it's likely that delivery times will be longer than expectedwith all the extra strain on the service.
Almost all of our parcels fit through a standard letterbox so you shouldn't need to even open the door to receive your parcel. Signed for services are being done "contactlessly" by Royal Mail to minimise risk.
We are still able to ship internationally from our location in the UK as normal. International mail and freight continues to travel and be accepted around the world, so there is no reason to not place an order wherever you are.
Please do allow extra time for delivery as adjustments to processes and staff shortages in postal services and customs offices will cause longer delivery times. Your item will still reach you, you may just need to wait a little longer than we would usually like.
We understand it may be tricky for people to get out and about and post return. If you have any concerns about being able to get out to send a retun, please contact us so we can make arrangments.
